Stress and Present Time Consciousness Or PTC

It would not be an overstatement to say that stress is today's public enemy number one. This is what leaders in stress research have to say, "Stress reaction is predicted to be the leading occupational disease of the 21st century, responsible for more days lost than any other single factor."

Almost everyone is adversely affected by stress to some degree. The good news is that there is something that we can do about it. There are many techniques that can be used in stress reduction such as yoga, meditation, sports etc... but there is one very simple and effective technique that is almost completely overlooked and that is, Present Time Consciousness or PTC.

PTC, though highly effective, is incredibly simple, and that may be its outdoing. People find it hard to believe that something so simple and easy to learn an use can so effective. PTC is a discipline where the practitioner strive to keep his mind focused on the present. Thus the appellation, Present Time Consciousness.

With PTC, the practitioner will not let his mind wanders unto the future. As soon as thoughts of what could happen in the future enter the mind, a conscious effort is made to get back to whatever the person is doing in the present.

The reason for that is simple. Most of the time, we don't fear what is happening now. We are dealing with it, so it is not the cause of great concern or stress. But, on the other hand, what could result from whatever is happening in the present can bring frightening scenarios of gloom and doom. And that is where most of the stress comes in.

PTC, like any other skill gets better with practice. At first, staying focused in the here and now can seem like an impossible task. However, after we have made a reasonable amount of effort to develop that skill, we get to be increasingly effective at it.

It is relatively easy to maintain Present Time Consciousness when we are involved in activities that require concentration. It is more difficult when we are involved in more mundane activities such getting dressed, doing some cleaning or mowing the grass. However, these are the best activities to practice PTC. And the way that it can be done is by caring about what we are doing.

When we care about something, we feel that it is important and we give it all our attention. So the secret is to threat everything that we do as if it was important. A disciplined mind can find as much satisfaction from cleaning pots and pans as it will solving an important problem. And the best part of that is that if we can care about menial tasks we will be even better at caring while involved in more complex endeavors.

So, to recapitulate, the best way to combat stress is to mentally stay in the present moment and the best way to stay focused in the present moment is really care about whatever it is that we are doing. The formula would then be: "Caring = Focus = No Stress".

Relationships and Behavior Flourish When You're in the Moment With PTC

Lately, it really seems as though my attention has been drawn to the subject of "PTC", or Present Time Consciousness. Simply stated, it means really being in the moment and paying full attention.

This isn't a new thought wave for me - my husband and I have emphasized the practice of PTC in our wellness practice for years. Having children also demanded me to sharpen my PTC saw in order to be the type of parent I wanted to be. Experiencing my mother's final months with breast cancer forced me, like nothing else, to focus on the moment and what's most important, and not get too caught up distractions.

Our recent road trip to a seminar in Atlanta with our kids really brought this concept back into the limelight for me. My husband and I were very busy with the seminar for four full days and needed our children to patiently wait for us until each break came along. Sure, we had come ultra prepared with books, games, drawing boards, and so on. But, it was a lot to ask of a 6 year old and an almost-4 year old!

They handled it masterfully! I've written a couple other articles talking about other probable reasons for this - their nutritional intake and their regular movement, despite being in a car and seminar room for such extended periods of time.

I believe that the number one reason the kids were such champions for those six days is that my husband and I were dedicated to PTC. When we were in the seminar, we were focused on what was being taught and what we needed to know. But, the second that break time came along, our complete attention was on the kids and fully experiencing those moments with them.

It's amazing the richness and fulfillment that can come from a fully focused 15 minutes! When someone feels that they have your complete, undistracted attention, time seems to stand still.

It was like power bonding on those breaks! Our family would all head outside into the sunshine and play together, laugh, hug... and just enjoy being in each other's company. Then, when it was time for mom and dad to get back to class, there wasn't any whining or moaning from them - they were filled up with love and attention and good-to-go until the next break!

It was the same thing in the mornings before the seminar started and afterward at night. At least one of us was giving the kids full PTC. They rose to the occasion, most likely as a result.

So, this trip was one more example that reminded me how important it is to practice PTC, particularly in our most important relationships. The more effort we make, the 'better' we see others respond. The same is true whether we're dealing with our children, our spouse, a client, a cashier or a customer service representative!

As a parent who home schools while also working 90% of the time from home, I'm often faced with the challenge of balancing my children's needs for attention with the needs of working and maintaining a household. If I ever find myself frustrated with the kids' behavior and wondering why they're acting so 'needy' or so 'bratty', I take a step back and take a look at the overall situation with fresh eyes. Oftentimes, the undesirable behavior has something to do with too much co-existence with mom and not enough focused PTC. Meaning, I've been spending too much time in the vicinity of the kids, but not necessarily with them - doing my work on the computer, cooking meals, cleaning the house, doing laundry, and so on.

At this stage in their lives, they don't just need me to be nearby, they need me to be WITH them... in their space, at their level... even for just a little while. Almost every single time the less-than-ideal situation can be resolved with a dose of PTC! I spend some sincere, focused time with them, then just like at the seminar, they're good-to-go for awhile again!

With exercise, we get exponentially better results when we add bursts of intensity. The same is true in our relationships. It's impossible for me to 100% present with the kids all the time. Honestly, they don't want that either! They need their independence, too. But when their dad and I give them our focused time and attention for short bursts throughout the day, the harmony of the household soars!

When we honor people by being fully present in our shared moments together - even if just for a brief time - chances are that they will rise to the occasion as well. When we can fully be in the moment with someone, and we string together many of these moments throughout our day and our week... we end up with rich, more fulfilling relationships for a lifetime.

Earn Money Typing at Home - Not With Fake PTC Sites

Have you burnt your fingers trying to earn money from clicking ads on PTC sites that promised to have you rolling in money in weeks? If you are one of those enterprising people who decided to utilize their spare time earning some spare cash and prop up your shaky finances by joining Paid To Click sites and have seen little or no money for your time and efforts, you might be feeling frustrated and dejected. The financial model on which true PTC sites are based is very closely linked to Affiliate Marketing - you need very good networking skills and have a great many contacts and referrals to earn decent money from such sites.

These skills are outside the ken of the average stay-at-home parent or student or retired professional. You may now want to choose something less risky and more tangible to base your income. There is a way you can do this - you could try to earn money typing at home. The jobs that involve typing at home are typically offered by online companies that want ads posted on websites - what they actually expect you to do is copywriting, or draft the ad by yourself. That may sound intimidating, especially if you have never done this sort of thing before, but the task can be actually easy.

The only requirement for this job is to be able to form sentences coherently and make sure that the ad you type is based on the keywords provided and easy to understand. There is no prior or specialized training required, all you need is a computer with an Internet connection. Moreover, there is no risk here, if you post an ad, you are paid for it - the payment does not depend on ad clicks. If you are still hesitant about availing the opportunity to earn money typing at home, there is more to come.

The major objection that a person, especially an ambitious one may have to a job that helps you earn money typing at home is that the income generated may be meager. It is true that you can't expect typing at home jobs to generate the kind of income that a full-time job can. However, if a typist is able to generate referrals for the company's services or if the typist is able to generate a considerable number of traffic to the site through ad clicks, the potential for earning money increases tremendously.

Bux PTC Sites Reviews

Bux sites are great and sometimes you can really earn some extra money with it, but what I don't like about some pay to click sites is the attitude that they have upon users. Some sites just totally ignore people who ask questions or people who have problems or even people who give ideas to improve their site.

These PTC I would not dear to try out. Why? Because they will probably scam you and that happens a lot. So it's always nice to take a look at the design of the page and if there is any kind of forum on it to read some reactions about payments and etc. If you don't believe me then Google it and you will find a lot of posts of people who were scammed.

I've tried out some sites and some are always better then others. I love the PTC sites with low payouts because I love to see my money on my AlertPay or PayPal account, but I do also participate at pay to click sites with a higher payout.

Another thing that I like about some pay to click sites that have "offers" where you can sign up. These offers really help you to achieve your payout. Sometimes these offers can go up to 0.2$ per sign up what is quite a lot of money for a small thing to do.

My favorite part about bux sites is the referral part. I just love to earn money without doing nothing for it. Well doing nothing is a big word, lets call it doing almost nothing for it!

Go to my blog to read some reviews about bux sites that really paid me. The sites that you will find over their are 100% trustworthy!

PTC Site Industry Review

There are those in the PTC industry, which are seeing an increase in users simply due to the poor economic conditions around the world. In the U.S. AdBux.org has seen a 24% increase in new user registrations, during the past four weeks and there seems to be no end sight for continued growth.

The question will be, can the larger sites compete in the current market place. One problem that occurs in the industry is that users will jump from site to site. In this case, PTC sites, which also rely on offers to keep their users active, have one common problem - if user "A" signs up for one offer on site "B" (and completes that offer) and then moves onto site "C", the offer can not be completed as user "A" has already completed the offer on site "B". However, this scenario in a highly competitive market place is not all gloom and doom.

What many PTC industry owners can't understand, is the desire for users to simply click on ads, as opposed to completing offers. This may be where sites like AdBux and CashCrate may continue to do well, as the offer market has specific limitations (mainly geographical related). In other words, sites like CashCrate, AdBux and TreasureTrooper must appeal mainly to US, Canadian and United Kingdom residents. International PTC sites, must rely solely upon ads to keep their users active. What's interesting is that users who are members at combo ad/offer sites actually prefer to simply click on ads, as opposed to completing offers, as it's a no-brainer to earn money. However, what those users may not realize is that it may take 50 or 100 separate ad views (and clicks) to make 50 cents and they could be earning that 50 cents (or more) within a minute or two in completing a free offer. In fact, the top earners on combo ad/offer sites are the users who complete the free offers. Yes, some of the offers can be time consuming but, the pay off can be as high as $3.00 to complete a survey and/or offer up an opinion to get paid.

What's not fair in this segment in the industry is the discriminating factors of the companies contracting to place these offers on ad/offer combo sites. They seem to think there is very little value in appealing to users in India, Pakistan, Portugal etc.. However, in 2009 that tide may turn, as there are a few companies out there who are now expanding their reach to such countries in the hope of appealing to users who meet certain criteria. Yes, the offers will be there but, the profile of the user will be strictly enforced to ensure value for dollar.

With more (pure) ad click PTC sites vying for traffic, ads may begin to dry up as well. It's all about supply and demand. In the case of Bux.to, it would appear as though they are supplementing slow ad sales with their own ads to their online store hawking coffee mugs and t-shirts. In addition, they will put up ads, which drive traffic into their proof of payment testimonial pages. Reviewing the clicks on Bux.to self-created ads, one can see those numbers (clicks) are large in number and hence, this offers Bux.to a great Alexa rating, however, it is a false rating of popularity based upon driving traffic from within - to it's own pages.

Understanding How PTC Network Works

To even begin with a PTC website, it is vital that you understand how do Pay to click (PTC) website work and also the dirty tricks that some PTC owners used.

To start off, always look at the business model of the pay to click website.

1. Is the website offering a large amount of money per click? If so how many years have this website lasted for? This is very vital as new PTC websites tend to offer a higher amount of cash to lure members in. Initially some of this websites do actually pay to certain members so that they are able to give a good review of the website. However, you must look at the long run the website is able to sustain and pay its members.

2. The best way to check if the website you have chosen is a scam is to check via Google and read its comments. BEWARE though, another dirty trick that most PTC websites do is to create webpages are of anonymous names to promote their website. Hence, the pages that you read in the Google page may actually be written by the owners and staffs of the particular website. Hence, do counter check with reputable forums and members of the particular PTC website.

3. Do you notice that there are lots of PTC websites around in the internet?

YES! There's no doubt on that. Most of the PTC websites will tempt you to buy referrals which they charge you for a certain amount of money. But do you know that these may actually be bots that you are buying which activates for a certain period of time to click your ads? Do invest on referrals at your own discretion. The best method is still via direct referrals and the moment you reach minimum payout, do check out to see if the website do eventually pay.

5 Questions to Ask to Find Out a Good PTC Site

Registering in paid-to-click sites or PTC sites is one of the easiest ways to earn money. It is really cool that you can get paid for what you really do on the internet. The phrase 'get paid to surf the internet' looks really great, but is it really great?

Unfortunately, the answer is 'No'. Because, it is much difficult to find out a good site among hundreds of scam sites out there and even if you find one, unless you have a couple of hundred referrals, you cannot earn some money that you can call as 'earning'.

So, how to find out if a PTC site is a scam or a good one?

There are five important questions which you have to ask to find out the truth.

1.Is it too good to be true?

Stay away!

No one can run a business without a reasonable profit and the offers that claim to give a lot to you actually take a lot from you and disappear.

2. How much variety is there in the type of ads shown and what is the number of sites that advertise in the paid-to-click site that you have signed up for?

If a PTC site is struggling hard to get advertisers and show only self serving ads, then it is doubtful that the site can pay you in the time it has promised.

3. How is the feedback of public?

Most of the members post the issues about PTC sites in forums and hence you can easily find out where the site stands. Do a Google search with the phrase '[sitename] + scam'.. If it is really scam, then the first page of the search results is enough to show it out.

If the site itself has a forum, it is a bit trustworthy. Go there and check the posts.

4. Do the FAQ and 'Terms of service' clear enough?

This is important for two reasons. Most of the PTC sites use the same script for their sites. If the site is scam, then site owner may not really care to edit the FAQ section and leave it with the default content. The default content may show a wrong minimum payout value or something else.

Second reason is, most of the sites hide their minus points inside the 'Terms of service'. For example, it may say that when $100 is paid out, a $25 commission will be deducted.

5. How good and stable is the site?

A good PTC site will have its own paid domain and will not be hosted in a subdomain or a free domain like co.nr, .tk etc. The site should be always up, should do a really good spam check, should be easy to navigate and make people comfortable to browse. If it does this all, then it means that the site owner has made a good investment on the site and should have enough money to pay its members.

Lastly, remember that PTC sites cannot make you rich. They can only give you some pocket money for some online purchases. But if you are really sincere and smart, you can make something higher.

PTC Beginners Tips

1. Use Different Usernames and passwords
Well basically In PTC, if you have an insecure password or use password on two sites, there's a chance your account will get hacked, and your balance cashed out to there account. Want to stop this? You'll need a secure user name/password which is what this guide is for. User name: You may think: what's the harm in using the same username on every site? Well the risk is extremely but till existent, of an admin of another PTC site where you use the same username will come and hack your account. Or someone Might just hack your password using tools or luck.

How to make unique on each site? Well there are quite a few networks of PTC's with the same owners so you can use the same user name there, (for example the latin PTC network the paid clicks network the titan cash network etc) so you can save time and effort there. If you use only decent PTC's then you should only need 4 or 5 user names Password:Base rules: don't ever use the same password twice (except maybe on networks - your choice) and never use the same password for a PTC as you do for your PayPal/alertpay account. Try to use uppercase lower case and numbers in your password. A few good password examples:Fgn145JklP87RG12grwant even more secure? Use at least 10 characters JK12joo98KJFfF900aFfFTTFaF21135off course don't use these as there examples. Trusting thousands of dollars in an account? Use a password like thisPjRT1T5HHHas5.9561thats all, hope you don't get hacked....

2. First look what PTC is about ..
Most PTC Sites will let you view ads before you register look at the ads and the minimum payout and enter those into the calculator below. If the PTC Site has a Forum, view the Payment Proof/Success Stories section(s) for payment proofs .Some PTC Sites have a Total Paid statistic. If the number is over $100 and there are payment proofs, it is probably a trusted site If you are constantly receiving referrals, it is time to upgrade if the premium membership gives you more for referral link If you are on a forum that allows referral links/images, put a referral link in your signature Sometimes, the PTC site may display an advertisement that has many images. (Such as Payment Proofs) To make it take a lot less time, click on a link within the page that goes to something else that doesn't have images. (Such as My stats)

3. Investment in PTC's -
1) Always check for other people having success from investing at that PTC If there's any bad ones you might not want to invest at all!
2) Make sure the site pays in under half a month, anything more is extra time to get your ROI (return on investment).
3) The deal must have a high probability of earning itself back within 45-60 days MAX (including cash out time) Anything higher is unlikely to be worth your time4) Never Use New sites, There's no telling how fast they might disappear (sites under 2 months are not wise investments)
4) You should of been paid at least once personally by the site. While this is not always necessary it is very useful.
5) Only assume half your referrals will be active unless the site states otherwise, this will help you plan better new tips since edit button came back
6): Keep away from bux.to unless you hate money that much... And if you do hate it send all your money to me...
7) sites with $0.01 or higher will often die quickly

4. Upgrades-
Look for outrageous other the top claims (1,000% referral earnings for example) which will make the site a scam. The tips stated above should be about 99% full proof when investing on any PTC site and should help you make a good ROI (return on investment)

5. Click More than one site at once-
A lot of you may already do this as a quicker way to get through all of the ptc sites. I currently use Firefox. But I just have like 3 browsers open and I am on like 1 or 2 PTC sites on each browser. This will definitely keep you busy plus you will earn more than doing one or maybe even 2 at a time. With internet explorer, when you click on a link it opens up in a new window, with opera or Firefox whenever you click on a link it just opens in a new tab. Hope this helps..

Other useful tips -
First you will have to register in as many websites as you can. Try to click in as many ads as you can until you have enough cash for referrals. After you have enough cash already, don't get it out of the website! Leave it there for now. Create a blog and post there all your ref links, don't forget to say something about each site. Now that you have your blog done, convert all your cash into Ad links, this way you will have more chances to get lots of referrals in your down line. Don't worry, the refs will take sometime to come along, but when they start piling up, that's when you start cashing a lot. Don't forget to keep clicking the ads as well; this will be necessary for the next step. After the first month with referrals in your down line, the cash that you made ONLY by you clicking ads, convert it again in more Ad links

As you can see, no problems, no stress and no spamming on the web, a simple guide that uses the best resources for your max profits. This way you will never loose promising referrals and you never loose any money, since your referrals are winning it for you.

What are PTCs?

These are a type of HYIPs "high yield investment programs" designed to lure people into making easy money through the internet, and they are all basically a SCAM.

They pay or give credit to people who would simply "click" the ads posted in their site.

The call to make money online, whether through scamming other people or plain hard work will be the driving force of anyone.

But why PTC?
Simply because it is the easiest!!!
But the downfall is it is the one that posts the greatest risk.

People continue to take those risks. Why?

because they believe they will succeed
because they believe they know how to succeed
because they believe they are better than those other clickers
because it is fun as well (for those who have nothing better to do)

How do PTCs work anyway?

PTCs gain members by offering them compensation for every click they make, either through points, cash, free ads etc.

The would-be advertisers then buy those clicks in the form of advertisement. The advertisers are very much aware of the fact that the site pays its members to click their ads.

Since both parties, the clickers and the advertisers are well aware of their roles, where is the scam part? There are a few advertisers who would end up paying these clickers. In short, the number of clickers clearly outnumber the advertisers. In order to give its members their compensation, PTCs need to come up with a source of funding other than from the real advertisers.

Briefly...

1. Gold, premium, or upgraded membership - the members will pay the PTCs a certain amount so that each of their click will be earning higher than usual and gain other, if any, benefits.

2. Selling un-referred of self-referred members to other members - PTCs pay for referral clicks.

I listed just two for they are the most obvious

PTCs continue to advertise on how much more they will pay its members by upgrading and by buying more referrals. In this way, PTCs gain funds from its members, and from these funds, they pay the other members. The cycle will continue wherein members will be investing through upgrading and buying referrals. For a time everything will be okay, until the PTCs dry out all the possible members or until the rate of payment to members exceeds the rate of investment. And when that time comes, the owner runs away with the remaining money...

Tips on how not to be SCAMMED

DO NOT JOIN PTCs???

Yes, I think that is the best solution.

But if you do think you are better than the rest of us, then by all means please do so.

Still, somehow I feel responsible for you so i will still give you the following:

1. Read the forums first. A lot of the posts are made by the creators themselves so please take time to read them. If they do not have any, then how will you know if they really pay?

2. Find out who runs the site. Known scammer site owner simply just create a new one once the last one has closed down.

3. Find out how long the site has been running. Remember that they do not have any products to sell other than clicking their self advertisements. If it is too "old", it will soon close down. If it is too "young" it might not grow old at all.

4. Read the TOS (Terms of Service), especially on the getting paid part.

5. It is better to find real referral than buying bots. It is free.

Getting referrals is your form of investment. Either you buy or refer others. You could also advertise the site to get your referrals.

How do someone earn through PTC sites?

There are simply no guarantees when it comes to this type of sites, but one can follow the following steps:

here are several methods how to earn in PTC sites, and it does not include solo clicking because if you do, you would end up clicking and clicking and clicking but not get paid at all.

If you do not have cash to spare or too afraid to invest, try the following:

1. Be a downline. It does not sound too good but this could be your first step. Find a good upline that would pay you back for your clicks. You will be able to earn faster if you could negotiate to be a referral on most (if not all) PTCs your upline has. You can then negotiate to your upline to combine your earnings and be paid. This is a lot faster than waiting a month or more to get to the minimum payout for a single PTC.

2. Advertise the site. Post your referral link to forums. It's free.

3. Refer real people or friends. This option, however, might make you the escape goat if you and your friends got scammed.

If you have cash to spare, you can do any or all of the following:

4. Rent/Buy referrals. This is of course a gamble. You might end up wasting money on inactive referrals or end up buying referrals again and again only to lose all you investments. Be strict on your budget.

5. Buy advertisement on other PTCs either by banners, links, or paid to sign ups. This is little cheaper than buying referrals but with less yield.

6. Referral cash back program. Offer money to people who would want to be your referral, and pay them.
